Anyone have a good link for a complete write up or how to forum for SAS swap in a 98 ish k2500 6.5 diesel?
Looking into the idea and wanted to get a feel for difficulty and cost...
Thinking about a 8 lug 10 bolt front, cut and swap for a drivers drop pumpkin...
Ideas?

No personal experience with them, though. Personally, with the 3/4 ton diesel, I'd be looking at a D60 over the 10-bolt.
Definately go for a D60, and using a 88-96 Ford front axle (driver's side drop) would be easier as you can use your current Transfer case. Also would allow use rims with the 8x6.5 bolt pattern.

If you read the ORU info, they recommend contacting Dynatrac. They offer ABS on their axles and can possibly help retrofit other axles.
I put discs on the back and done away with the ABS. Go to offroaddesign.com, their single axle swap stuff is what I used.
An axle from a 1978-1979 F-250 (HD Dana 44) or a F-350 (Dana 60) work well as they have the spring perches in the right place. They are also high pinion axles. Both are 8 lug.
It's not a hard job you just need to have it all planned out before you start.
