The 1997 6.5 and 480 tranny is in and running in the 94 chevy. Runs great with one problem. When the tranny is in 4th and you give it gas or hit an incline it immediately shifts up to 3rd and keeps searching. Didn't do that in the 97. Must be a computer glitch between the 94 and 97 computer. can we buy bds tranny mod or should we buy a gm 1997 computer??? bd is $350 and gm is $200.
Any help would really be appreciated.
