Does anyone have the HP and torque specs for the 04.5 LLY? Is it the same as the 05 LLY? What are they for the 04.5?
Also is the GVWR and GCVWR and 5th towing capacity the same for the 04.5 and 05 2500HD?

Towing and weight ratings are all the same. GVWR is 9200 and GCWR is 22K.
HP/TQ: 310/590 for '04.5, and 310/605 for '05.
Your Juice on the 04.5 pretty much "equallizes" the HP/TQ numbers between the years. The end results will be similar once you add the programmng.
