    Post putting a 12V in a 90 chevy 3500

    I was wondering if anyone has or has heard of a oversion with a 12V cummins going into a 1990 chevy 1 ton. A friend of mine blew up a old 454 and wants to drop a diesel in it. Is it possible

    Yes. Search the forums. Several people here have done it.
    1987 Jeep Grand Wagoneer...new 6.5 in process...diamond block, 18:1's, other goodies...

    yes it has happened. one guy i know of is a memeber of tdr. if you go under the website of tdr1 and go under diesel conversions, then you find him. he is always on that site. that 12 valve cummins is one awesome engine.
