For anybody interested,Flowmaster exhaust has come out with a new system for the Duramax.
It has been releast and the part number is 17349.
21st Century Exhaust has it in stock and the price is $360.Not knowing if it is stainless steel or other.

Do you know if the exhaust goes up to the turbo? Or just to the bolt on flange mid way?

I installed their exhaust a few weeks ago, it goes to the turbo pipe.It is not s/s, but is still a nice system,and sounds nice not to loud but has a deep sound to it when you get on it. have a great day.
