rear axle code gq1

on the build sheet it says Rear axle standard and i checked the code on the net only to find the same result. does anyone know what ratio this standard is?

btw it is a 1983 C20 2wd

ill go out on a limb and say that if you have a hd 3/4 ton c6p option on the build sheet or the character in the 4th position of the vin is g and not f , then i think 3.73 is the std axle.
