    I pull a Nu-Wa 5th whell and have been readiung about how a Banks 6 gun bundle upgrade to the D/A will greatly improve the towing.

    Does anyone have any experience first hand with the Banks upgrades?

    Hello:
    I have the Banks sixgun with the speedloader and love it. I pull a 33' teavel tailer and use setting two while towing only thing that slows me down going over Deleware memorial bridges is other traffic or the police . Otherwise I use seting 3 or 4 for normal running seting 6 to show the powerstroke offs and cumaparts what a real motor can do ! Hardest part of install was the new wastegate otherwise easy to instal.

    Thanks for the info Tower Jake. I was thinking of going the route of the Boss Bundle that has the 6 gun with the air cooler.

    How is your fuel milage before and after the install?

    Hello;
    I had allready installed the K&N fipk on the truck before the Banks stuff so I didn't buy there air filter and tube. Mileage before was 17/18 I now usually average 19.8 back and forth to work. 14 to 15 pulling trailer.

    Last March I installed a Stinger package with new exhaust and exhaust brake. Took a good 6-8 hours with two of us. Worst part is getting the wiring harness through the firewall and that can be aided by using some thinwall conduit to "open up" the wiring grommet and then feeding the harness connector through that. Hope that makes sense becuase it is a mother of a job otherwise.

    I looked at the 6 gun package, but all the CYA warnings from Banks about not using levels 4,5, and 6 without an aftermarket torque converter was enough to keep me away from it. I fully believe that the engine can make enough power to tear up just about anything.

    Other than a sticking actuator on the valve that had me guessing for a while, everything has been great. It was money well spent for me and I tow a 34' HitchHiker at max GCWR all the time.
