    Default 10k on amsoil syn. ready for a change?

    my drive distances are anywhere between 15 and 70 miles one way.
    all highway miles, no stop and go..

    im running ac filters
    06 1ton 4X4 duramax/6speed ext.cab WT
    Hummer wheels :^)
    dual lift pump
    Banks air intake

    Unless you have oil analysis to say otherwise, I suggest you don't go any further. I go 10K between changes when not towing.

    If you were runing Amsoils Ea oil and air filters instead of ac filters I think you could go to 15k. The Ea filters are much more effecient.
