Lipids (vegie oil) from algae => fuel

I have heard about it before but here is a movie on it. Someone forwarded this to me and it was interesting.

Not sure of economic viability but its technilogically doable. I think I have seen other stuff similar but cost to grow algae starter is pretty high????

Still very cool and hope it one day becomes viable.

Last statement is awfully rosey and I don't believe it necessarily but if a good bit of effort and resources were applied then the impact would be appreciable.
