I asked Greg my web guy and basically, what it does when clicked on is goes to your default email client. So in this case it must be set to Outlook.
On the About us page it is the same thing, but if you right click it, then choose properties it shows up as White Truck described.
Thanks to MP I realized that I had my old email listed in profile so I did update this.

I use Apple Mail and I can just "click to email" - a new outgoing message opens up with the address already filled in. FYI, FWIW, IMHO...
