The TV Cable is best bought new as they can stretch or become damaged over time.
There is a bracket which bolts to the back coolant block off plate on the drivers side head which the TV Cable snaps into and then a metal rod which attaches to the injection pump throttle lever.
I am trying to sell the 700 which is in my truck currently and going 5 speed. If you dont have any luck on the brackets I may be able to help you out in a couple of weeks.... (Dont know how long you want to wait).
Do yourself a huge favor and find a friend or source a Pressure gauge for measuring transmission line pressure. The only real difference then a normal pressure gauge is that it comes with about 4-5 foot of hose so you can monitor the pressure in the vehicle. 700's are very finicky about improper TV cable adjustment as it controls the fluid pressure through the transmission. If you dont check the pressure your gambling that the Line "Set" in the proper position when you first install and adjust it and if it is out of spec then you will find yourself replacing the transmission very soon.
