    Default DRL Control.

I simply keep the parking brake down a couple of clicks. No DRL's on.

    Default Do 94s have DRLs?

I didn't think 94s had daytime running lights.

From what I remember, that came out in the 96 model year.

    My dad's 95 doesn't have them.

Maybe your switch is shorted on?

FYI - I've been running w/o my fuse for about 6 years, now. If I want my lights on, I turn them on. I don't need a computer to make that decision for me.
