    Default Fuel pressure question

A little bit of background, I was involved in an accident that took out my TCM. Bought a new one and had it programmed to get the truck back on the road. I'm having an issue pulling even the simpliest hills after the fix. Seems like it's stuck in OD and only running 1600-1800 rpm at highway speeds with the tow/haul enganged and no power what-so-ever at those speeds. Took it back and they're saying it's not a program issue but a fuel pressure issue. The issue they say, is the truck is running 6-8000 psi and requires 12,000 psi. Any ideas? I have one code...it's U1301...a communication issue with the BCM. I'm at a loss and hope one of you diesel geniuses can help out.

    Thanks in advance!

Thanks for the reply. I broke down and bought the 5 book 02 service manuals. So we'll get down to the bottom of this issue soon enough.

    Thanks again
