2003 3500 Duramax white smoke

Hi all,
I have a 3500HD Duramax 6.6. For almost a year I have had a problem with white smoke coming out of the exhaust. When I am parked it will form a cloud of smoke. I have brought it to a mechanic who changed the mass air flow sensor, it was still smoking. Brought it to my Chevy dealer and spent $3500 there, they changed a few things and it still is smoking. Any ideas?

What did the dealer change? It would be easier to give you ideas if we knew what was already done...

Any codes stored? Any aftermarket mods (chips, intakes, etc) installed? How many miles on the engine?
