Easiest way would be to upload to YouTube and put a link in. Video takes up quite a bit of bandwidth, which ends up costing Jim money.

Yesssss by all means use the YOU TUBE and link it.
When you do your video be sure to render it for internet usage. The popular once that will work for most folks is a WMV. file
Quicktime is another but some folks may not have the player installed.
Standard rendering like you use on DVD (MPEG2) is far too large of a file.
This is why the you tube stuff has a small picture and sometimes is a tad grainy at that.
