    Default Tensioner pulley marks

How do you read the hash mark on the Tensioner arm shown here. In other words, how would it read if the belt was at proper tension

The marks are merely an operating range. With a properly sized and installed belt, it should show within that range. Too low, and the belt is too long or worn out (stretched). Too high and the belt is too short and the tensioner is too loaded. Ideally, it should be indicating anywhere between the marks.
