Default Blown head gasket need help

We are here in the eastern panhandle of West Virginia and looking for a good Duramax mechanic to replace the head gaskets on my 2006 GMC 3500? Last trip I noticed a small cherping sound and thought it may have been a exhaust leak. After going under the truck I see a little bubbleing out of the passenger side rear head where it meets the block. Truck still runs great and all but dont want to do any more harm. notahd@aol.com

I would just replace the head gasket that you see leaking. Once off the engine, the head should be examined to ensure flatness and that's it crackfree.

I don't have a recommendation for a shop in WV. Maybe someone here will pipe up...
