If you are using a K47 (round filter) airbox, the newer style bottle routes the hose away from the hood hinge.

The old bottle had the small hose coming up and then making a 90 degree turn forward. With the K47 airbox, the hood hinge would hit the hose when you closed the hood.

The newer style has the nipple facing forward.

Which routes the hose straight forward under the airbox and away from the hood hinge.
