Default Time for my daily driver to become a project

I am about to take my truck down and turn it into a complete restoration project. It currently has stock 6.2 no modifications at all. I was thinking of adding a turbo and switching from manual 4 speed to automatic. Thoughts and suggestions on this would be great. Also, I want to switch out the rear end. Currently I have a Dana 60 4:10 in it. Where would be the best place for interior pieces (seat, carpet, etc.).

Switch the gears in the axle? Or switch the axle? Gears might be worthwhile depending on tire size and what you’re trying to achieve, but most people switch TO a D60.

LMC Truck is a good start for interior and exterior.

What would you switch the D60 to? And what bad things have you heard about them?
