Default B&W turnover install into 07 Classic (pics)

Installed my B&W turnover into my (wife's) 07 Classic today (10/22/14).

Quite the project I must say. Nice that the hitch is AMERICAN made, and has directions you can understand..

Took every bit of 6 hours to install this thing. Of course I spent an hour just trying to get the very poorly engineered spare tire out!! What a POS design.

I'll let the pictures, with some narration, do the talking.

    Pieces Parts

Heat shields to be removed. Of course they are held in with Torx fasteners, to never be removed again, but my plasma cutter fixed that

    Measure 5 times..cut once

    Don't laugh, it worked

Side plates and center section in

All finished up and hooked up

    Thumbs up

    Thanks for the pictures!

I love B&W. We sell their turnoverball hitches where I work. We also do well with their line of Companion 5th wheel hitches. Best hitches on the market, if you ask me.

Have had mine in my 2003 since day 1. Great hitches and yes, American made!
