    Default '92 Kennedy Cooling upgrade

I just had the 130 gpm cooling system upgrade installed on my '92 MFI and after talking to John about a small problem I am posting this question.
The shop did a good job with the install but advised they could not mount the bracket for the air bleed/siphon valve in its original location.

I am looking for a good location to relocate the L bracket holding the bleed/purge valve. A picture would really help.

I think most of us know the valve is useful to bleed air and purge sediment from the fuel filter bowl after a filter change so I don't want to plug or delete this function.

    Thanks,
    Mick

You could forgo mounting it and just let it sit in place, maybe put some longer rubber hose on it...

Look just to the left of the oil filler pipe, and you'll see the brass fuel filter drain valve bolted to the crossover housing. This engine was running with the 130-gpm cooling system. Jim

Perfect. I'll take a screen shot and show it to the shop techs. Thanks Jim.

PS I'll be posting pics of my resurrected truck in the near future.
