I have an 85 GMC S15 with a 2.2L Isuzu Diesel engine. Just recently I have replaced the fuel and water pump, both work great now. Until the timing belt broke. Now I have searched and searched but found no help as to how to change it. If anyone out there knows the ins and outs of doing so, that would be super. I also started this thread for those seeking information regarding this breed of vehicle.
Thanks in advance for your input! Miles |

Welcome aboard!
This should be fairly straight forward, for a timing belt replacement. You can access a service manual at www.alldatadiy.com. It is a subscription service, but well worth it for such things. I use it often for many vehicles, and yours is listed. The timing belt replacement procedure will be included in the manual.
