Gauge wiring

I am installing gauges on the a-pillar of my '05 dmax, and I was wondering if there is a way to run the wiring from the a-pillar into the dash without drilling or cutting the dash or a-pillar. I would like to run the wiring downat the font of the dash. Is this possible?

On the 2002 when you remove the a pillar cover you will see it is very easy to run the wire into the dash. May be the 2005 is the same?

You can easily run the wire down the A-pillar into the dash, it drops right through. Yo will have to drill a hole for the wires to pass through the A-pillar though for a clean looking install. There are a few tips here:
