where's the plug at ?

I know its the wrong tme of year but someone posted about cold weather starting and i cant seem to find the plug. Anyone know where its at?

passanger side towards front of block about half way down, coiled up and secured with black wire ties...has a black cover over end of plug in prongs which makes it hard to see :confused:

Like JEBar said, if my poor memory is correct it was ziptied to heater hose I think. Pretty easy to get at thru pass. wheelwell. Got my truck in Feb. Had to find it in the dark on a 0^ F night.
My fault, didn't look for it till I needed it.
