If anyone is interested, kbb.com has pricing and options for the 2004 trucks. The Dmax and Allison didn't go up in cost, and they are showing a power package that includes the Dmax, Allison and Limited Slip rear for less than if those options are ordered seperately. They are not yet showing a 9900 GVWR truck with SRWs, nor are they showing any changes to the Dmax or Allison as far as specs, power, etc.... Maybe they're waiting until the power boost (mid model year?), to release the heavier SRW truck.
