FYI -
Harbor Freight carries a 4 digit DTC readout tool.
Consists of a short extension cable and the plug-in numeric display, can be carried in the glove box.
User's Manual has generic and specific OBD-II DTC listings.
SKU # 46030 @ $49.95, usually on sale @ $39.95.
First one they handed me had 'DEFECTIVE" scrawled in ink on the back - try it before you leave, just in case.
No stored DTC(s) will read "----".
