HELP!!!!I'm installing my Kennedy exhaust right now and whats the trick to getting those rubber hanger donuts off the end of the tapered hanger tip?
I got 1 off but it was a pain in the rear.Please hurry! Blake

I've not done this to the DMAX but it works on my sportscars. Slide the rubber donut away from the end slightly and lube the hanger with some silicone spray or even some WD-40. Then slide it toward the end and it should slip off easier.

I did it the hard way(Tough ones). Vaseline would do the trick.

Use the ultimate...... Dawn dishwashing liquid.

Or if you have delicate skin.. Palmolive "Relax... it's Palmolive"

I've used Simple Green or window cleaner with great results...a second application is needed if you work slow.

WD-40 did the trick.Those hanger pins practically fell out of the rubbers.I didn't think the WD would work so well so I didn't even consider it.
