Like everyone else when I received the letter about the injector warranty change I ran to the dealer. They said I had 3 weak in 1 truck and 4 weak in the other. They put 8 new ones in each and I was very happy. 300 - 500 miles later both trucks started blowing anti-freze out the overflow tube. Back to the dealer and I was told they needed new injector tubes, NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY. I had them changed after several days of heated discussion. The trucks worked fine for a couple of thousand miles. Now back to the dealer and I am told they need new cylinder heads, of course not under warranty. Any body got any ideas that will help?

When I had a problem with my 2001 spewing antifreeze out the overflow, they had to replace the gasket twice. The reason being there is a new way of torquing the head bolts. Something to the effect of going to a specified torque, then a number of degrees of rotation past that point. No problems since. John
