TOOK MY 2002DMAX TO MY LOCAL DRAG STRIP(HOLIDAY BEACH) FOR TEST AND TUNE NITE.......BEFORE GOING I REMOVED THE TAILGATE AND TOOL BOX AND STOPPED BY THE LOCAL TRUCK STOP. THE TRUCK WEIGHED IN @6900LBS WITH NO DRIVER(GASP).......I REALLY THOUGHT IT WOULD BE IN THE 6500 RANGE...IT HAD BETWEEN 1/2 AND A 1/4 TANK OF FUEL........1ST PASS IN 4 HI @10 LBS(POWERBRAKED) OF BOOST YIELDED 9.39........BEST PASS WAS A 9.103 @73.92 MPH WITH A 60 FOOT TIME OF 1.815. TURNED LOTS OF HEADS ........SOCALDMAX THE MOD YOU AND I TALKED OF SEEMED TO BE WORTH ABOUT A TENTH AND 1/2 AND 200 DEGREES EGT THANKS. POWER BRAKING ABOVE 20LBS CAUSED ALL 4(305'S) TO SPIN AND SEVERE JERKING IN THE STEERING WHEEL AND A LOSS OF 3 TENTHS. HEY GUYS THIS WAS FUN.......DAVE :D :D :D :D :D

PS ALL RUNS WERE IN TOW HAUL IN LEVEL 4 JUICE :D

Glad to hear you had a great time! It really blows people's minds when they see something that big get up and haul! It's worth it just for the giggles.

Regards, Steve
