SI2K is a continuously updated database that includes, among other things, the entire service manual for a given vehicle (1998-up), any bulletins applicable to the vehicle, and in some cases other documents such as owners manuals. It is incredibly inconvenient to use compared to a paper manual, but it does have the advantage of always being current. If you have either a paper or CD copy of the service manual, you have the exact same information you'd get from the service manual section of SI2K.
