05 Information center Question??

There seems to be a change in the 05 information center items available in relation to what was on the 03 model- Anyone know where instant fuel readout went???What else am I missing?? Also this truck has more engine knock(like pre-ignition on gas engine) than the 03 model. smile.gif smile.gif

I think it went by the wayside. I haven't been up close and personal with 2005 pickup DIC, but I've seen several other 2005 GM models, and they didn't have it, when it was there in previous years. I wondered if it was the same with the pickups.

we get a lot of customers concerned w/ the LLY being more noisey then their LB7s. the noise is simply injector clatter made more noticable by the change to the injector body being located external of the valve covers.

Thanks. That makes sense that injectors would be noisier when more exposed. I`ll just turn the Radio up!!!
