My Sierra 3500 dwr crew cab with the same equipment as yours was supposed to be here Monday of this week, but has not shown yet. Mine is a 4x4 and has no 2nd alternator or DVD or OnStar. The invoice says $45k according to the dealer, and with $1k give back that is $44k. I have not heard whether the red tag sale thing is going to have any effect on the $$. No sales tax in MT!

Priced one yesterday just like you described:
With $1,000 rebate and red tag discount = $41,951
This equal 13.1 % off MSRP.

MSRP is $795 so about $700 should be added to the price I told you.
