??Fast Idle for a 04 Duramax

Is there a way to make a fast idle switch for my 2004 Duramax? I just had a remote start installed and would like to be able to bump the idle speed up.
I searched previous threads and could find nothing.

If your 04 has an LLY engine then you should have the High Idle feature .. see the following ..

If you have an early 04 with the LB7 engine you can install the high idle option per Mdrag's instructions found at KennedyDiesel.com

Mine is an LB7, and according to the article, this is for the 2001-2003 models. Do you know if it will also work on my 2004?

All LB7 are same. Manual fast idle for the LLY folows same general guidelines except for different pin and pin locations.
