My 03 has blown coolant out 2 or 3 times but its only when I let it idle for long periods, I put a pepsi bottle on the overflow hose and It never caught a drop, even with a trip across Canada and back, but let it idle for more than an hour and it will push some out and if I watch the pressure jug I can see little bubbles,Also it always has pressure in it, even when cold, I dont suspect head gaskets, but I have read something about reseating the injector cups after having injectors replaced, can someone please explain this for me?

Cup seals or head gaskets would be my guess. The hardware that you are running typically has a lot of timing in it which could be a contributing factor...

I've actually got a custom setup so there are no timing issues, but I'm thinking its the "cup seals" I've had my injectors replaced and that is when it started. Whats involved in reseating them, is it a big job, or do I have to bring it the dealer. I do have a F#!% tech for assistance. The reason I don't suspect head gaskets is its been like this for 2 years (I know, I should've taken it in, but I didn't) I was hoping it would get worse and I would fix it under warranty but it hasn't gotten any worse, and my warranty is up. It hasn't been an issue really, I kinda forgot about it,but I think a head gasket would've blown by now.
