I was talking to GM mechanic today and he was saying that a product like The Edge can cause the injector tips to blow off and cause o-rings to blow out of the injector pump. I always thought that the pressure stayed the same, just the injectors allowed more fuel in the chamber. Apparently, if you have a huge failure running one of these products and take it off then go in for warranty work, they can plug in to the computer and know if you had something hooked up to it. Anyways, if you have any info on what The Edge does to the fuel system let me know.

No way to trace it's use if removed, and you are correct, the module only affects delivery pulse and timing. The injector failures with the Dmax have been either from poor fuel filtration or QC issues like materials being too hard and cracking or soft and eroding.
