"EFILive's Tuning Tool is a full-featured, PCM tuning and reprogramming solution designed exclusively for GM's V8 electronic engine management systems."

Including the 6.5s?

Does the EFI Live

Does NOT include the 6.5.
Currently EFI Live supports the LB7 and soon the LLY, but will not support the LBZ as the LBZ uses a Bosch PCM. The LB7 and LLY use the Delphi PCM.

Website for EFI Live (http://www.efilive.com)

You can download/install the software and play around with it to see what it can do.

The party line at this point is does not. There is no word either way as this keeps them from breaking promises if it does not develop.

Wester's garage has a Workshop only ( >$5000 not for general public) kit that is slated to do all GM diesels eventually.

So, now that I've been playing with this for a while, I think it's safe to say that DMDMAX's LLY will be making a significant step up in HP for the Suncoast event...

So can I expect something similar very soon for my LBZ John? I am just itching to spend some money. 2500 miles on my LBZ and still only averaging about 14mpg, not to mention that I am already used to 360 hp/650ft lbs of torque. About 50 more horse and 17mpg would be just perfect.

The LBZ is an unknown at present. Not sure if EFI Live will crack it or not.

I put some dyno plots in my Gallery:

Here's a sample of some nice mild tunes:
