Sometimes when accelerating or just cruising on a slight incline it sounds as if the engine is missing a cylinder. Most likely an injector is bad. Going in to the dealer on Thursday to get it looked at. I hope theyre smart enough to put it on the Tech II and check the injector balance. Ive never had to deal with them on any engine issues yet.

They're gonna give it to the lot boy, who will take it for a spin. First he will check acceleration from a standing start and then a 2500RPM braked start. Then he'll test drivetrain vibration and tire balance at 97mph. If that checks out, he'll test ABS performance, and brake fade. He'll ensure no loose change is rattling in any compartments and reprogram your stereo to better stations than you had. After checking to ensure it will achieve max. designed volume.

Then reverse donut performance, gravel skid distance, and e-brake J turn tightness. He'll shave 3/8" off your rear tires at no charge. He doesn't require the Tech II for any of this. The invoice will state, "Could not duplicate."

Yup, it's Friday. I'm bored. :D tongue.gif

Hope they fix it, Regards, Steve
