Wow, that is great. I watch what you do to decide what to think about next, you give great info, fast truck, and no BS. Until I get a tranny upgrade, 14.0/92.5 is it for me; Hot Juice and K&N filter my only mods.

At SEMA show--Suncoast was there, owner said putting in a solenoid kit to up line pressure would take care of my slip problems, until/unless I want to spring the ~$5000 for the full tranny/converter installation/parts.

What are you doing for front tierods, since our stockers are so weak/can break on 4wd launches? I am replacing my outer tierods at ~45,000 miles, driverside has alot of play, passenger hardly any but got new tires so am doing it so can be aligned right.

Too bad the snow is on the way. So close to 11 I bet you can taste it.

Thanks, I started out running a 14.30@92.46mph with just the Hot Juice, my intake/airbox and a Flowmaster muffler.

Rollcaging a daily driver could be tricky. A big investment that you need, but don't ever want to use...

Congrats!!

Don't know if there are any IHRA tracks around you, but their break is 11.50. It is cool to get kicked off the track the first time, but by the 2nd time the thrill is gone. Especially if you run hot your first pass.

On the left coast all we have is NHRA tracks that tend to be strict.

Lapeer Dragway in Lapeer, MI is a local track that uses their own rules that require a rollbar if running 11.99 or faster

US131 Motorsports Park in Martin, MI is an IHRA track

Mid Mich Motorplex in Stanton, MI is an NHRA track

Milan Dragway in Milan, MI is an IHRA track

It's good to know the cutoff is 11.50 at IHRA tracks. That will keep me out of a rollbar or rollcage for a little longer.

please do tell and don't leave out any of the juicy details :D

BTW, recently a RC LB 4wd Duramax/Allison has been added to the Tomac Pulling/Racing stable. It is a loaded LS that weighs 6280 fully dressed with a full tank of fuel and even a bed mat.
