I am looking for a set (EGT and Boost) guages, I really like the look of the AutoMeter Ultra-Lite but having trouble finding a place to buy them, everyone seems to have the Isopro but I really dont like the looks personally.

Also is there any installaiton kit i need to make sure I get with them?

The guage instruction provided here on this site are great but are blocked at the bottom covering up some print anyone have a clear set of instructions?

Thanks for the help

Try going to

http://www.autometer.com/hp/index.html

On the left side link bar, select DEALER LISTINGS.

I had AutoMeter (Carbon Fiber dial) in my Ford. They were great guages. And yes there is an installation kit needed but you can get all of this information from the AUTOMETER.COM web site.

I did all my research there, and then walked into the dealer with part numbers for everything I wanted. I even new what the MSRP for the guages and kits were so i could make sure they weren't taking me to the cleaners.

Hey 6600,

There are several different manufacturers out there. It just depends if you want Analog or Digital. If you give me your email I will send you a listing of different gauges and pricing part numbers etc. that I found.

You have the set up that I am looking for, where did you get them? Also I have different part numbers?
Boost guage 4303
EGT Kit 4344
EGT Guage 4365

Also do you need both the EGT kit and Guage or are they together. Yesterday I called about it and the gentlemen told me I only need EGT kit 4344 was totally confused?

I installed the Diesel Dynamics gauges(www.dieseldynamics.com)
They are Autometer with the Diesel Dynamics back plate specially made for them. They match the factory instrument cluster excellent. They sell the entire kit with with Pillar mount and all associated hardware.
I have been very happy with the set up and have gotten many compliments.

Good Luck

6600 Duramax,

Those are the part numbers off my receipt....... There are a couple different probes, I opted for the more expensive one, hoping more reliable......I got local....... Summit has them as well as Jegs,online.......You will need a pyrometer, don't believe it comes with the guage all most positive it doesn't.......

tmg115,

Yes, it was painted, and what a fine match it is....... I like the white face, as my interior is all dark, and I like white face guages..... If I can in the future will swap my dash to them also......

MAC

On Edit: Why I get sucked into the white face thing when asked I don't know...... The Ultralight series has a "silver" face and it looks great.... smile.gif

I've got the Autometer carbons. Had to get an EGT kit seperate to go with the gauge but boost gauge has everything in it. Bought thru Summit Racing.
