Amsoil Air Filter Question

Well, I was ready to buy an Amsoil air filter for my 2002 but there are no dealers in Santa Cruz or Salinas.

I went to the Amsoil website and my MACINTOSH
nor Netscape cannot be used to search their site

What is the correct application (p/n) for the 2002 Duramax?
