After reading some of the other posts I'm wondering if my RPM's are too high at road speeds.

55 MPH---1700RPMS
65 MPH---2100RPMS
70 MPH---2250RPMS

This is while operating at 190-200 engine temp and 125-150 Allison Temp with no load. I'm pretty sure the converter is locking up because it holds RPMs when deccerating until about 40MPH when RPMs drop to about 1000. I tried using the T/H and got the same results. Tires are stock. My mileage is good, though, average of 20.2 mpg over life of truck, almost 7K miles (but I set cruise at 65 and do 90% highway). Anyone in similar situation with  an 03?

Commuter cop,

Those numbers are in line with my '01 2500 and my '04 3500.
