I think you will be impressed with these results. The oil is changed every 5000 miles.

Great report! What oil are you using? Any towing during that last 5,000 miles?

I've only towed about 1000 miles total with the truck. I know I know.. overkill for what I do with it, but it's my toy (isn't it nice being young and single!). I did tow about 25 miles with 6000 pounds, but I'm sure that wouldn't have any effect on the results. I will be driving to New York at the end of May to pick up a 1988 BMW 325I for a friend and drive it back. As good as this report looks I figure I'll run the oil at my normal 5000 mile interval and have it checked every 10,000 miles.

WOW! Very low Si and Cu! How many miles on your engine? What type of oil and air filters are you using? :D :D

When the oil sample was taken the engine had 49,964 miles. The past two oil changes I used a Napa 7202 filter (I will continue to use this filter). In the past I had used the AutoZone STP filter and Baldwin/Hastings filters. I started using an Amsoil air filter at 40,000 miles.

I would also like to state that during the week I drive the truck about 20 miles round trip to work. On the weekends it usually gets opened up and ran like a raped ape.
