Duramax with 6 Speed./ ???

Anyone have a 6 speed, How do you like it?

I have had mine for about a year and a half. I have 25000 miles on the odometer. I LOVE IT. No problems yet. Pulls hard. Some people have had problems with fly wheel.

I have 33,000 no trouble at all. Can't go wrong with the 6 speed

Read some of the posts on this subject in the truck and chassis section. Not a lot of happy 6 speed owners there! I have an Allison in mine and I'm not terribly impressed with that either.

Well, I've had mine for over 3 years and I'm extremely happy with the 6 speed. It shifts when I want. It holds in 5th gear when I want and there is none of that shifting back and forth when climbing hills while towing. (-: (-:
Seriously though, it has been great and I have no regrets. It handles anything I've thrown at it and I haven't had one problem. I'd buy another in a second. :D :D :D
