Has anyone added or replaced the fuel tank in their DMax? If so what do you recommend.

I put in a 46 gal diesel replacement tank from Transferflow for the measly 26 gal tank on my 2500hd crew cab shortbed. No problems and highly recommended for towing. I also got the quick filler neck option, which really helps when you get fuel from the truck stops. The 'normal' diesel pumps operate at gas levels, I'm not sure of the flow rate. The truck stop pumps operate at a much higher rate, I would venture to say 3 or 4 times faster. (I think 20 gal per minute vs a 5 gal per minute.) Try www.transferflow.com (http://www.transferflow.com)

They have replacement and auxilary tanks.
