Duramax advice needed.....

Howdy
I'm not new to the DP, but am new to the new style trucks. My step-father is looking at getting a 2003 2500 HD Duramax Allison. The truck is VERY clean with only 32,000 miles. Any common problems that these trucks have? I test drive it today and it seems OK, the trans seems a little fluttery, and it didn't seem to have the snort that my truck has.
All help and advice or tips or info is GREATLY appreciated!

I'd get the VIN and have your local dealer pull a VIS report.

hey bud i have a 2003 duramax/allison ,i love it tell your pops if he gets the truck to chip it with the edge chip, ihave one and i love it its like a race car 0 to 60 in 5.9 secs and 1/4 mile in 15 secs its awesome
