C or J Engine

Found a used engine to replace my busted 6.2 type C in the Topic "Busted Webs". The Junk Yard says this is a Type J (Heavey Duty ?)But, How can I tell for sure? I'll be changine the front and rear seals as well as changing Timing Chain to Gears and putting the Stud Girdle Kit in. What can I look for to show that I have a J?

All I had to do was look a little farther down the thread. The EGR valve at the intake, right?
Now if only the webs are not cracked and it realy does have only 64000 miles.
