Is T-Tek ok for Allison?

Its time to change the fluid in my Allison and want to know the best procedure. Is the T-Tek tool ok or is there a safer way?
I posted this under drivetrain and no one has answered. This portion of the page seems to be a little more involved. ;)

I don't know what a T-Tec tool is, but if it is a power flushing machine, I think Allison recommends against using one. Do a search and you will find lots of information about changing your fluid.
