Put the pulley on too far. Now I have to back it off about an eight of an inch. Trying to use a gear/pulley puller makes me think I'm going to warp the thing. Just doean't seem to budge.

The inside of the pump shaft is threaded. Any ideas on the proper way to get this thing off?

Thanks,

Steve

The puller for this grabs the center ring and pulls from there. This is about the only way that you will get it pulled without damaging the pulley.

Its the same tool that is often used to remove power steering pump pulleys.
