I am looking to purchase a service manual for a 97 sub 3/4ton 6.5TD. Any suggestion on where I can purchase a manual? Thanks.

helm.com is the official shop manual publisher

But you may want to investigate alldata.com If you have a good computer & printer. Then you could make your own manual and organize it like you prefer.

I have the helm manual payed about $120.00 and its good but sometimes hard to look up stuff for me personally. Its the big book with thin paper pages and all the data for the gas trucks and different motors etc.

I just got a set of manuals for my 94 sub from Helm $135 I think for the three book set.

Chuck check Ebay. I purchased a set (4 volumes)of almost new GM service manuals for my 1999 last year for $70 on ebay.
