WHAT IS COMPUTER REFLASH?? AND WHAT DOES PITA MEAN

These are two things i keep reading about but i am not sure what they are. pita i assume is an abbreviation for something but not sure what. :confused:

what does computer reflash do for you?

Reflash just sets the computer to its default programming. Or a new programming for that matter.
